community service

My favorite community contributions include designing & installing Katie's bedroom for Katie's House, Inc., coordinating & installing donations to complete the interiors of Richard's Place and designing & donating tablescapes for Project Self-Sufficiency's annual Dining by Design ‚Äčauction.

background

I followed my dream 10 years ago, returning to college and graduating summa cum laude.  An internship with Jamie Drake and several years of employment with two of New Jersey's most talented designers gave me the experience I needed to launch my own firm.

I am an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). I've held several positions within the organization including Student Chapter President, Student Affairs Chairperson and Programs Committee Chairperson.  I am a recipient of my chapter's Presidential Citation Award.

I hold two design competition awards.  My work has been published in New York Spaces and in Design NJ.

I encourage clients to engage me for how I design, rather than for what I've designed for others.  For me, the joy of designing is in experiencing and communicating the client's personality.
